Fly Fishing in Bristol Bay Alaska - We are the Alaska Fly Fishing Lodge alternative. Your Fly fishing tent camp is a fly out camp in Bristol Bay Alaska. We are located in the Wood-Tikchik State Park. Our fly fishing camp is in the Wood River drainage, which is betwwen the Togiak River and the Nushagak River. Dillingham is the closest town to out outfit. You fly to Anchorage, then another flight into Dillingham from there a float plan will pick you up and fly out to our fly fishing camp. We are located on the Agulapak River. We target large leorard rainbow trout with dry flies.

Bristol Bay gets the largest run of Sockeye salmon in the world. They bring life to the whole region. All the wildlife, including rainbow trout, arctic char, arctic grayling, and northern pike eat salmon at one form of their life cycle. The rainbows on the Agulapak River average 22"-24". This is a world class alaskan trout fshery. There are many Alaska fly fishing lodges in the the area that fly out to fish the Pak.

As the Alaska Fly Fishing Lodge Alternative , we offer professional alaska fly fishing guides who are trained, certified, and seasoned fly fishing guides. We have a chef who prepares all the meals. Our Alaskan Tent Camp is luxury in the wilderness. Many people want to do a wilderness fly fishing float trip on the Kanektok River or the Togiak River. But, with us there is no breaking down camp and pushing past good water to make a deadline. We take jet boats from the tent camp and can cover 50 miles in a day.

Our Rainbow trout fishery is similar to those in Montana. We fish mayflies, caddis, and streamers for these world class rainbow trout all summer long.These rainbows will eat dry flies when the bugs are hatching and nymphs before and after the hatch.

At Reel Wilderness, we target five species of Alaskan game fish. In addition to catching wild native Rainbow Trout, you can also catch hungry Arctic Char, beautiful Grayling, aggressive Northern Pike and of course Sockeye Salmon. Our water shed annually sees the return of literally millions of Salmon entering each summer to spawn. This huge number of annual returning Salmon is what makes this area, and Bristol Bay in general, such a prolific fishery and we are right in the middle of it all!

• A six day six night package with guests arriving
Saturday afternoon and departing the following Friday afternoon. This is a fully guided world-class wilderness fly fishing adventure for five species of fish.

• Small groups of eight or fewer. The small group size allows us to customize your trip to your own personal wants and desires. Single guests are always welcome.

• Experienced professional fly fishing guides that are knowledgeable and friendly. A maximum of two guests per guide. Fly casting, fly tying and fly fishing instruction are always available. Our guides pride themselves on being teaching guides. All skill levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced.

• We offer a flexible fishing schedule that allows you to fish in the morning, afternoon and evening. You get lots of time on the water doing what you came to do, fish.

• Our meals are hearty and delicious, prepared and served by our talented professional chef. You won't go away hungry and some have recommended that you leave your diet at home.
